Who we are
PlumbMatch is run by Blufire Pty Ltd, ABN 14 665 545 282. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person using the site.
What the service is
PlumbMatch is a referral service. You tell us about a plumbing job, and we show it to plumbers who do that kind of work, cover your area and hold a licence for it. They see the job, your first name and your suburb, not your phone number or email.
The first plumber to take the job gets your contact details and message, so they can get in touch. If no plumber takes it within 48 hours, plumbers elsewhere in your state may see it.
We check that your phone number is real, and we use automated tools to read your message and size the job. Some of our service providers are in the United States. The privacy policy explains what that means for your details.
What the service is not
PlumbMatch is not a plumbing business and does no plumbing work. We do not inspect jobs, set prices or give quotes.
We are not a party to any quote, contract or warranty between you and the plumber.
The plumber and the work
The plumber is an independent business. Their quote, the work, the payment and any warranty are between you and them.
Ask for a written quote before work starts. Reading a plumbing quote lists what a good one includes.
What we ask of you
- Give true details about the job and how to reach you.
- Only send someone else's details if they have agreed to it.
- Do not use the job form to test it, send spam or gather plumbers' details.
- Do not copy large parts of the site onto another website.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any plumber's quote, advice or work. Those are matters between you and the plumber.
